1. Data Collection and Usage

This application is a strictly private, personal client instance of Rclone. It does not collect, record, or track any personal identification information, usage analytics, or browsing habits.

2. Google User Data & Authentication

The application requests access to the Google Drive API solely to synchronize, mount, and manage files on the authorized user's local workstation. Specifically:

OAuth Tokens: Authorization credentials and refresh tokens are stored locally on the user's private computer and are never transmitted to any external servers.
File Data: All file reading, writing, and transfers occur over encrypted HTTPS connections directly between the user's local machine and Google's official API servers (www.googleapis.com).
No Third-Party Sharing: No user files, file metadata, account details, or credentials are ever shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.

3. Limited Use Requirements

The Personal Rclone Client adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
